As I think about the powerful women that have been a very important part of my life, bonding comes to mind. Women in business need to embrace each other to promote achievement in our endeavors. The RJ Group represents the power that is instilled in all of us. The letters "RJ" represent the initials of the first names of my great grandmother Ruth, my grandmothers Rebecca and Juanita and my mother Jean, who are all no longer on this earth.
